To Fix E-mail due to the new IP address of the server. 

1. Open Outlook Express

2. Go to Tools

3. Go to Accounts

4. Click Mail

5. Click Properties

6. Click Servers

This is where you check the incoming and outgoing mail server settings.

incoming and outgoing mail server should be set to mail.websurf.net

7. After changing, click apply, then OK, Then Close

8. Close Outlook Express

9. Restart Outlook Express
